September 3rd the tow company came to take my car to the Kidney Foundation. I didn't feel right about selling my falling apart car to anyone, and I also didn't want anyone else driving MY car. So, I decided to donate it to the National Kidney Foundation. I figured that was something nice I could do to honor Jerry.
Since my car didn't run I had to help the tow guy push it into the correct position. Then I stood back to take pictures (I know, I'm a nerd!). The saddest part is that I couldn't turn my car on, so I couldn't get my radio to work so on of my Josh Groban cds went with it.
Good-bye my friend, it was fun while it lasted!
