Reality Town 2011

We had our annual Reality Town at school on February 23rd. This year we are transitioning this activity to the 8th grade, so we included 8th and 9th graders. It was a long crazy day, and I'm so glad it's over but it's always one of my favorite activities of the year. This is the only picture I got that day because we were short on volunteers, so I spent most of the time helping at one of the businesses. Anyone interested in helping next year please let me know, we can use all the volunteers we can get!
Anyways, the students are assigned careers based on their GPAs. They have the opportunity to dress up as their career and get extra money in their Reality Town bank account. This student's career was a school counselor, so he came as Mr. Ballentine! Super clever! It made me smile a lot.
