July 4th! Proud To Be An American!

Wednesday July 4th was an eventful day.  I was glad to be able to spend the day with Travis, it's always fun to have him off of work.  Wednesday night we made our way to the Western Stampede at the West Jordan Arena.  I love rodeos!  And I love me some cowboys!

I love moments like this!  It makes me so proud to be an American!

They had a chuck wagon race!  Love it.  One wagon represented West Jordan Jaguars (Go Jags!) and the other represented Copper Hills Grizzlies.

At the end the Jags pulled ahead and won!  It helped that the entire back axle of the Copper Hills wagon fell off. :)

I can't remember what this group of women are called, but they did some crazy riding tricks!  Travis quote of the night, "Wow!  Even I'm impressed by that."

The evening ended with a firework display and then an hour waiting to get out of the parking lot.  We had a great evening together.  I love a good rodeo!
