Fathers' Day

Fathers' Day was a lot of fun this year. Mason and I were really excited to give Dad our present. Mason did some research and found the perfect gift... a record player! Our parents have bazillions of records that they can't listen to because the old record player hasn't worked for a long time. The record player Mason found plays their records but it also hooks up to a computer so they can download all their music onto the computer. It's pretty cool. Dad even got it out of the box right away (with a little prompting from us) and started playing with it. We pulled out some old John Denver albums and sang along to those for a minute and then Mom put on one of her Doobie Brothers albums and we were able to teach Taylor what a joint looks like("What's the big deal about that picture? It's just a cigarette...") We hope Dad enjoys the gift. Happy Fathers' Day!!
