LaCaille

Monday after school our French teacher, Mr. Ehounou, had arranged to take some students to LaCaille. He asked James and I to chaperone and of course I said, "YES!" We had a lot of fun with the students and loved the yummy food. These cute girls loved walking around the grounds posing for pictures. I'm thinking we have a few future models...

I LOVE these 2 girls! I will miss them next year, but I know they will do great things in high school.

BEAUTIFUL scenery!

I'm not much of a photographer, but I really thought I'd take advantage of the area and try my hand at fancy photography. This is pretty much the best picture I saw.

Cute girls at the Cool Table

I got to sit at the Cool Table!!! It's a dream come true. :)

The escargot arrived! We had to make a rule that you had to try everything they served. It took a lot of convincing to get these girls to actually try this though...

BIG BITE!

They demonstrated how they flambe for us. The server poured extra liquor into the caramel so we had quite a show...

We were served the non-alcoholic version of Bananas Foster... Some of the students seemed rather disappointed with this fact.

Okay, so I'm SO GLAD you posted these pictures because I was looking at some bridals yesterday and totally didn't know where she had them taken; now I do! What a cool experience for the students; I always love the cultural experiences our German teacher let us have.
