Friday July 8th after Travis got off work we drove to Blackhawk to spend the night camping with his family (this is my 2nd camping trip. I'm such a good girlfriend). Travis' family had been up there all week, but since Travis had to work we just spent the weekends with them. When we got up there Friday night it was raining so we spent some time in his parents' trailer visiting with them. When the rain stopped we gathered with the adults and a couple teenagers with the intent of playing games. We ended up just visiting and eating and eating and eating. It was nice to have a low key evening.
Saturday morning we got up, ate breakfast, let the kids show us their fort, and then helped pack up a little and headed home. On the way down the canyon Travis and I were once again talking about the incredible view and he said, "Too bad we don't have a camera." Silly boy! I always have my camera! So, we pulled to the side of the road and played with the timer on my camera.
We now have 2 pictures together! We've been dating for 6 months and have only taken 2 pictures together. I'm a slacker! See all the yellow behind us? That's what it looks like everywhere there. Beautiful yellow flowers.
Picture #3 together! We're improving. Someday we'll get one where I don't look like I've been camping. And, in case you noticed, yes he did threaten to strangle me. Apparently I'm difficult. Whatever!
It was a perfect day Saturday. I love spending time with Travis.

Cute! But don't you guys have a picture of you in Las Vegas?? So this makes #2 and #3, right?
