It really is neat to have such huge family reunions where you know most of the people. There are always people there who I'm pretty sure I've never seen before in my life, but it's so fun to get caught up with everyone the I know and love so much. The Henderson Family Reunion is my mom's side of the family. Grandma Shirley was born and raised in Mountain View, Alberta. Every other summer we head up to the Cardston area and the Henderson family takes over the town for a few days. This year Aunt Alberta's family was in charge of the reunion. We all met Friday night for a hot dog roast and visiting in Mountain View, Alberta.

Aunt Montez... This year only 2 of the 11 Henderson siblings attended the reunion, Aunt Montez and Aunt Ruth. Aunt Jeanne is currently in the hospital in Cardston and Grandma Shirley is not well enough to make the trip. We missed them!

Tannon kept taking stupid pictures of me, so I thought I would show him the same kindness.

This is how we all know Jan, with the video camera attached to her face! We've all learned to run when we see her coming.

Jan's clan, I don't know any of them

The view of Old Chief Mountain on the road from Mountain View to Cardston. It's a very distinct feature of the area.

Another view... beautiful country, but I'm DEFINITELY a city girl!
