Since I am the only counselor who will be staying at Valley Jr. for the coming school year I had my choice of offices. I chose to move into Mr. Babcock's much larger office. I have grown tired of the hospital-white walls and asked permission to paint my new office. After discovering that I would have to wait ages if I just put in a work order through the district I took matters into my own hands. Thanks to the help of my fantastic secretary, Juliene, my friend, Michele, and my mom and sister I was able to get my whole office painted yesterday. I went in this morning to put the furniture where I want it. It's not completely decorated, I'm still formulating some ideas (any suggestions are welcome), but the paint is on the walls and the furniture is in place and I love it!

The other three walls are a soft tanish color.
