July 26, 2010 Pike Place Market and Pacific Beach

Today we spent the morning in Seattle at Pike Place Market. It was a perfectly beautiful day! I know this is weird, but I love the smell of fish! So, I loved spending a couple hours in the market.

In front of the famous fish throwers. We didn't get to buy a fish this year, which was sad, but we got to see them throw some fish for other people.

Emma must miss her boyfriend enough to make kissy faces with the fish...

Emma had a yummy treat!

The Sound. Isn't it beautiful?

Dad asked, "What do you suppose he's doing, Yoga or Pilates?" "No, Dad. It's called showing off!" (On a side note, doesn't the Yoga Man look a lot like Tyler?!)

Really.... There aren't words for this picture. Just enjoy. The rear view...

The full picture. You just can't appreciate it fully without the white socks. Let's just say, my dad is very jealous of this outfit. Anyone who would like to donate biker shorts like this to my father just let me know!

It got SUPER crowded!

I'm pretty sure we've got a several pictures of us with this pig from all our trips. Yes, if you look closely that is purple in my hair. :)

Oh my gosh! I found Santa Claus! Have you ever wondered what he does during the off season? Now you know!

This evening we got to our beach house at Pacific Beach. We went for a walk on the beach. You can't keep the Whites away from water! However, I had to be on the beach fully clothed! This is me throwing a temper tantrum in my head because it's cold on the beach.

Misty, and yet still pretty.

Look at this sand castle Emma and I chose to take credit for!

A close-up. Yes, we are awesome enough to take credit for this great sand castle.

You can see the progression of the hair melting.

This is the beach house we are staying at, Bob's Beach House.

Our neighbors.

Our other neighbors.

The Fam with Carol and Everett in the main living area. This is a BEAUTIFUL house!

This is the party currently going on across the street. They didn't even invite me! Whatever! Their loss!

This is going to be a great week!

I love Seattle; your pictures are beautiful! The guy in the zebra biker shorts made me laugh out loud. That's hilarious.
